Pat Murphy is the Executive Director of The Community Solution in Yellow Springs, Ohio, co-writer and co-producer of the film, “The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil” (2006) and author of the forthcoming book “Plan C: Community Survival Strategies for Peak Oil and Climate Change.”
